Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was recently picked up on a class U robbery charge for my Girlfriend's iPhone 7 .
She was drunk and said I took her phone. She has since then found her phone and is testifying in court that I did not Rob her and that she was drunk and misplaced her phone. What would I be looking at? The Common welth only has her first statement and she has decided she is not testifying against me in court . She is testifying for me
