Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I recently pressed charges on someone for coming up to my job threating me, he kicked a punched my car, blocked the entrance so I was unable to leave. This was all caught on surveillance video. The magistrate only charged him with disturbing the peace. We had our court hearing, I brought pictures of the damage to the car and an estimate, I also brought a jump drive that had the video on it. The judge said they couldnt review it and it was my responsibility to present a way to do so, but we are not allowed to have video recorders or laptops in court, so I thought they would have a way to view my evidence. The individual lied in court and the judge dismissed the case, said it was my word against his, but the jump drive clearing shows everything in detail. Also when I filed the police report the officer would not review the tape nor would a detective. So what options do I have now?
