Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was just released from a psychiatric hospital under a magistrates orders. Part of my discharge safety plan was they helped me arrange to enter a 28 day rehab program. I'm currently on probation my probation officer told me I cannot go to rehab and is issuing a violation as I failed to call during my psych hold in the hospital to notify him. Please I need help

Assuming you've explained all of this to your PO and s/he still refuses to withdraw
this alleged violation,, then you will likely need an attorney
to represent you at the hearing on this alleged violation.and should contact the attorney
who represented you in the criminal case (if possible) regarding the matter.
