robbery guidleines
i have 6 robbery and 6 conspiracy charges , this is my first offense and i was cohersed in this situation i have an expected time from my lawyer put i would just like a 2nd opinion thank you

Assuming that the six conspiracy and, perhaps, a couple of the other robbery charges are dropped (due to the alleged coercion) as part of a plea bargain, without having the other information necessary to run the complete guidelines, I'd "guesstimate" on these sparse facts somewhere around five years or so in the state penitentiary.
