Stolen items from a gas station.
I made a dumb mistake and had stolen a drink from a gas station and was caught. I am a first time offender and the drink was the 2.69. It was dumb, but what do you think my penalty will be?

Depends on what jurisdiction your case is in and your lawyer but on a petit larceny suspended jail time, a fine and perhaps a shoplifting prevention class are likely results.
