Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Technacality
My friend was pulled over for tented windows but we know that someone turned him in for having drugs in his car. Going into court we have the proff that the pulled him over for someone calling in on him and not what the police is saying and we can diffent prove that. Can he beat this case be of a technacality?
