Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Virginia

Deliberate Legal Discrimination

Are there any active laws in Virginia to protect employees from deliberate legal discrimination? This refers to hiring practices that involve deliberate legal discrimination actions from an organizations administration. This has happened three times in the last two months at the organization where I work and I am one of the victims. Thank you in advance for any information you might provide.

Whether any of these would be applicable to

your particular situation would not be knowable without the elucidation of many more facts.
