Re: virginia labor laws for a salaried employee

Unless you're working under a contract of employment, very likey no more than what the rules listed under the U.S. Department of Labor's website provide for so-called "exempt" salaried employees.

The Labor and Employment Division of the Virginia Department of Labor & Industry very likely manifests similar rules and regulations for salaried employees (the most noteworthy probably being NO TIME and ONE HALF COMPENSATION for salaried exempt employees).
