Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

BAC struck

I reached a deal and did not get the

interlock and got the BAC struck

from the records. I have to meet

with ASAP, but the sheet I was given

to submit to them does not have the

BAC on it. Should I tell ASAP what

the BAC was or just tell them it was

struck. I don't want to be a jerk, but

I don't want additional classes on top

of the 10 ASAP classes either.

Re: BAC struck

Tell them truthfully what occurred, i.e., that the BAC was stricken from the record as part of your plea agreeement. However, if they want to know the number, you must disclose it.
