Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

dui pending in PA, now live in VA

I have a dui pending in PA while I was licensed in PA. I moved to VA and am now licensed in VA. I am on a program in PA where the DUI will be expunged from my record but may have to serve a license suspension in PA. If this happens, when the DMV in VA is notified what will happen and can I apply for a Virginia restricted license in this situation?

Yes, you should be able to apply for such a restricted operator's license through the appropriate Virginia traffic court. But, you should do nothing with respect to this matter in Virginia until you hear from the DMV authorities in that state.
