moving to IL after suspended license in VA
I've recently been charged with a 2nd DUI in Alexandria, VA. I am currently trying to move to Chicago. My question is after serving any jail time would the state allow me to undergo any alcohol rehabilitation programs in IL to serve out my sentence?

Yes, it's possible that your probation could be transferred to Illinois, but very likely you would have to first complete the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (VASAP)here before your probation could be transferred to that state.
