i need to know if i am eligable to get a licence if not how to i get a permit to go back and fourth to work

Yes, in the event that you're convicted of DUI,
you can still apply for and be granted restricted driving privileges by the traffic court in order to
get to work, the doctor, school, or to carry out other important activities in your life.
