My sister was parked on privite parking and drinking when police were called. She had been drinking and blew a 2.0. She was also said some harsh words to the policeman. She did not have to get a bondsman to be released. She has a Dec court date. Do you think she will spend time in jail. This is her 1st

If your sister blew .20 BAC and is convicted, she can expect to spend

at least five days in the slammer. (All the more reason for

her to hire a competent criminal defense counsel ASAP to represent her.)
