Underage Alcohol
I was charged with underage possession of alcohol last night on a school grounds. The police stopped me, asked me what I was doing at the school after hours and I told them what I had been doing. They asked if I had any alcohol and I told them I had had beer. They gave me a breath test and I blew a .10. My biggest concern is if the schools will be finding out about the incident. I was not charged with trespassing, only the underage charge. Also I am 16, but will be 17 by the time of my court date, will that have any affect on sentencing?

No, and with an apparent BAC of .10, I would advise your hiring an attorney to represent you in this matter.
