Va. DUI charge
I was convicted of a DUI on 1/31/07.I recieved a three year suspension.I was given a restricted liscense for 2 years and 8 months.Is it possible to request a regular liscense from DMV?

Sure, you could request it but you won't get it if the court order mandated a three year suspension(of your regular driving privileges).
