I am a 52 male whom has been married for fifiteen years.My wife and I are in joint Chapter 13 bankrupcy we are in the 1st year of a 5 yr plan. Now she is reday to dissolve the marriage, What do I need to do?

who has had no involvement in representing you and your wife jointly in the
