Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

2 yrs after moving out because of my husband's adultery, 1 yr after going to court, 4 months after a conference call between lawyers and judge confirming the original decision I still have no court order or divorce because my husband's lawyer refuses to sign the necessary papers. What recourse do I have?

You said lawyers, so I assume that you were (and are)

represented by competent counsel.

Consequently, your lawyer should have some idea as to what should now be done in this particular jurisdiction to hasten your matter towards final resolution/disposition, and, if you haven't lately asked him or her,

now would seem to be the time.
