Can I adopt my brother?
My brother is twelve years younger than I am, and I would like to adopt him to get him out of the mess our parents have created. Is it possible to get these rights at all, preferably without a long court battle having to prove them inadequate parents? I would like to make the process as quick and painless as possible, but I do know he has to get out of there at all costs.

No court in the Commonwealth would approve of such
a proposed adoption (in my opinion).
