Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Adoption

I have a four year old son that my husband wants to adopt. His legal father has agreed to sign over all rights. I need a lawyer in the Virgina Beach or chesapeake area to let me know just what to do and how much it will cost. If possible i would need to make payments. I would like to get this done before he starts school in september of 2002! thank you!!
