Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I need an atty to review the reply from opposing atty for my bill of particulars. my ex wife filed incorrectly with the court for qdro against my retirement acct that is clearly stated off limits in our divorce decree. i had to pay an atty $5k to have the qdro vacated. the judge agreed my ex wife was wrong, and he vacated the qdro. i am seeking $5k for the legal expenses. my atty failed to ask for the fees??? i sought the fees in small claims court, but she hired an atty so the scc judge sent the case to another court since she is entitled to legal representation.

Yes, i could handle this type of review but given what happened to you before in the course of

litigating your claim, you may actually need to be fully represented by counsel

in this matter since your case has now apparently been sent to the general district court for a resolution

where your adversary will apparently be represented by counsel.
