child wants fathers rights revoked

My daughter is 14, she no longer has to see her father, and she wants to legally request to have his rights revoked. What do I need to do?

A child of 14 is in no way competent(legally or otherwise) to determine whether her natural parent's parental rights should be terminated or revoked. Only a court of proper jurisdiction is legally competent to address such an issue.
