Child Support

Am I entitled to any child/financila support prior to the birth of the unborn child and after childbirth, what exactley can I be entitled to?

The answer to your first question is, no, you are not entitled under Virginis law to support for a child who has yet to be born, and, as to the second, you had best arrange to consult with a Virginia lawyer in your area who is conversant with Virginia family law issues in general and, specifically, the Virgina child support guidelines and income shares formula which Virginia utilizes to determine each parent's share of the total child support obligation.
