Child Support

I have been paying child support for my 12 year old son, I currently pay a current amount and an arrearage amount monthly. I now have some legal issues which need to be addressed in court , however my question is could I be arrested for the arrearage of child support eventhough I am paying every month the amount ordered by the courts.
