child support and spousal support
I would like to know a roughly
calculation for child support he make
$55,000.00 a year I make $30,000 a
year. and how much I should ask for
alimony were been married for 14
years.

You can find the Virginia Child Support Guidelines
with instructions at Va. Code Secs. 20-108.1 and 20-108.2 from which you can do the calculations.
As for spousal support, you should be able to find a formula which is used quite often in cases before the Fairfax County Circuit Court on that court's website.
