Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Contesting wills..

My father passed away and his insurance was left to me and his other son, which come to find out he was not legally adopted, nor is my dad his biological father, Is there anyway to contest the will and prove he isn't any kin to my father and get it into a court for dna testing?
