It seems that my daughter signed soul custody papers when she thought it was temporary custody because the father was going into the service, now that the fathers mother has soul custody my daughter wants to get her rights back as a mother what are her options. they reside in va?

If these papers resulted in a custody order of a Virginia court, the mother

will likely need to retain an attorney experienced in Commonwealth

domestic relations matters in order to recover sole custody of this child (in my opinion).
