Do you think the Guardian Ad Litem and the court will weigh my soon to be ex's disbarrment from 2 BARS against him when custody of my 14 yr old is decided?

If you mean disbarment from the practice of law, such action could possibly weigh in the court's decision as to custody if the reason for your former spouse's disbarment involved criminal activity on his part; otherwise, probably not.
However, should you be referring to your husband's being banned from two bars where he was used to hanging out, I doubt that this would be a factor in the court's decision regarding custody.
