Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

domestic harassment

my wife's 92 yr old grandfather gifted her his 450k house about four yrs ago, we sold it, bought a 350k house and moved him in with us. her brother begrudges this gift and is constantly harassing us by phone and email. he calls and tries to guild the grandfather for his decision. he's beginning to show signs of dementia and this harassment really stresses him out. we don't want to deny the brother visits to his grandfather, but he hasn't come out since we moved, though we expect him to show up unannounced any time. what rights do we have against such phone and email harassment, and/or an unannounced visit? thanks.

Re: domestic harassment

I recommend first writing a cease and desist letter and then, if the conduct persists, contacting the police department.
