Emancipation for minors
i am 14 years old and i want to get emancipated because of emtional and physical abuse but i do not have a job but I can find one. can i get emancipated?

Emancipation for minors, particularly for striplings of a mere 14 years of age, is rarely a good idea (in my opinion).

You should contact the bar association and try to get an attorney in your area to represent you for free. Also, contact social services and the child protection agency in your area and explain the circumstances and see if they can help you.
