If exwife if not entitled to husband's military until his 60th birthday, and she remarries or is living with someone, is she still entitled to his retirement?

If this retirement supposedly due the ex-wife is classified as spousal support(alimony), the former husband should petition the divorce court to terminate the spousal support if his former wife has now remarried and arrange for a copy of the termination order to be sent to DFAS.
