Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Family Court Appeals

My husband took his ex-wife back to

juvenile court today on the basis that

she: physically abused his son, she

allowed them to miss many days of

school, she neglected their hygiene

(not giving baths but 2 days a week,

etc.

A guardian ad litum was re-assigned

from the previous custody case.

Question: Ex-wife ''perjured'' herself

at least 3 times while on the stand

and the Judge and Guardian were

aware, but did nothing. What is our

course of action for them not holding

her in contempt of court?
