Better see an attorney about this who practices in the area of domestic relations and family law.

The divorce will need to be reopened in order to address your husband's alleged violation of the terms of the final decree with respect to the situation you've described with the children.

Re: family law

If your husband is violating the terms of your property settlement agreement and/or final decree, you may file a Petition for Rule to Show Cause why he shouldn't be held in contempt of court. Be prepared to prove that he has in fact violated the order. Violation of the court order may also constitute a material change in circumstances sufficient to modify your current custody arrangement.
