Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Do I have to file a quadro with the Court and former employer or can I just do the show cause if he is not in compliance with the Court's order from the divorce decree??

Assuming this is a Virginia circuit court, the Rule to Show Cause should suffice.

However, if the divorce case has been closed, you will also have to file to reopen it.
