Forced to sign seperation

he made me sign the seperation papers even though he knew I dont understand everything because I was living in Germany 12 years.In Feb.2008 he took me to the states he was stationend in germany at that time we got married in feb 2008 in NE.Now he forced me to sign the seperation papers and Im pregnant from him in the 7th month.And he is leaving me end of august 2008 he is still going to recieve BAH from army and he doesnt want to tell them that he moved out from our appartment.He wants to keep that money for him and pay for annother apartment with somebody from that money and he is going to leave me with nothing just 500$ child support and my rent is already 595 plus utilities extra I cannot start working until the baby is at least 2 months old because no daycare center will take her earlier and I cannot even pay for that.What are my rights as a military spouse?Like i said I was living 12 years in germany but i was born in the states please help me i dont want a divorce and he treatend and said when i dont sign the seperation he is moving out right away and I do not have transportation that means drivers licence etc.And Im high risk pregnant I dont know what I should do anymore is that allowed what he is doing?

Better arrange for a consultation with an attorney who understands and has experience with the domestic relations laws of the Commonwealth and with securing the rights of clients under these laws, and who should be able to explain what your rights are under the situation which you've described as well as a feasible course of legal action(s) that you might wish to pursue in order to secure those rights, not only for yourself but also for your soon-to-be-born child.
