My husband formed an LLC with his sons to buy property. Even though my name is not on the LLC, is this property considered part of our marital assets even though my name is not on anything? in VA

Yes, it could be, but more relevant facts would likely be necessary

to say with greater certainty. (Merely putting spousal assets into an LLC

should in no way change their essential character as marital property

if they otherwise qualify as such--in my opinion.)
