Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Husband is not helping with major bills for almost 1 year and will not respond to the issues in the marriage. He remains silent when I am speaking to him. I want him out my house but I know its not that simple. Everything is in my name- not that it matters. Weve been married 2 years- and the house was mine before the marriage. Whats cheapest and best route to take? WE have 1 child - 14 months.

Cheapest is not always the best, particularly, in the situation which

you've described in which your husband may have at least

some supportable marital claims to your home and other property

even though you were sole owner prior to the marriage, and therefore

you would seem well advised to seek a consultation with a local attorney who

handles divorce matters in your area and who should be

able to further advise you on your particular situation.
