Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If my husband and I have been living in my home for over 20 years and he decides he isn't going to help me with Bills and other obligations, do I have the right to put him out, and if he doesn't leave can I change my lock and put his stuff outside?

No, absent a valid court order requiring him to vacate the marital home (my opinion).
