Unless you're actually divorced or have a properly mutually executed PSA (Property Settlement Agreement)in place which addresses this particular issue, you're still very much bound in the eyes of the law as one for the other,sp to speak, and, therefore, the bank apparently was acting within proper legal parimeters in issuing the statement of your account to your husband to whom you are still apparently very much married.
