Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Infidelity in Virginia. I have been married 11.5 yrs. My husband has changed how he believes our marriage and decisions should be handled,(which is basically I have no say in his business decisions that affect us financially, time wise, and emotionally) all the while being very close with another female, and hiding his phone. I don't know if sex has occurred. She too is going thru a separation and he has helped her by providing her a job at his company along with being close with her in order to help her. She also lives on our street. We were planning to start a family and he has changed his mind about that after I had my mirena removed which we talked about extensively and that removal did send my hormones in a tail spin, and after all this he now constantly "workes" 12-15 hours regularly thru the week and 8-10 hours on the weekend. I would beg him to spend time with me because I was having a hard time emotionally and have a lot on the table myself as I also have a successful business that I own and recently worked my way into. Although I have a lot of responsibility he refuses to find balance, or continue down the path of having a child and being home with me as we were heading toward 6 months ago before the other female came into the picture. Do I have any grounds for an at fault divorce since I am just being ignored, and he seems to be staying because of the financial strength I bring to the table.
