Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Does having a job for one month show stability?

In additon to a previous question, if the NCP has been told in Dec to get a job and a place to stay, and they wait until one month before the hearing to do so, does this reflect poorly in the courts eyes? Also NCP has not paid support (order pending) but gone on vacation and bought new cars. NCP has had 4 addresses in 6 months and also went back and forth between moving to VA or staying in FL. Even told GAL she was moving back to VA for our daughter and now says she has place in FL. This is a pattern but do the courts care about the length of time at job/residence or simply that they have one? I have been in the same job/home for 10 years. Should I be concerned?

Yes, in making a determination regarding the custody of children, courts care about(weigh carefully) all of the things which you've mentioned and more.
