Folks receiving TANF in Virginia are expected to be seeking

gainful employment commensurate with their experience as

well as skills and abilities as a continuing condition for TANF eligibility and the caseworker(s) assigned to a TANF case are suppose to be periodically checking on this issue to ensure that it in fact happens.
