Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

A judge ruled in my favor however it was appealed and the apposing side wants me to answer questions that was already submitted to the courts along with other documents. Do I need to re-answer the questions and provide the same documents again?

It's a new court (apparently circuit) and in effect will be tried as a completely

new case, and, therefore, yes, you need to comply with whatever the

Virginia Supreme Court discovery rules require for such a case being heard

before a circuit court (in my opinion) irrespective of whatever occurred when the matter was before the General District Court.
