Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

"I am still married but live in the state of Virginia while my wife lives in West Virginia. My question is that I have my son in VA with me and would like to keep him here now if she comes down here to get him and I refuse can I be charged with anything legally to where I have to hand him over to her since we are still married? We got married in West Virginia if that matters.

Giving information to someone over the internet explaining that this is ok could cause great liability. You need to hire an attorney and have confidential conversation. I assume there has been no custody, visitation, support order in the past. No protective orders? These are important issues. Attorney Sheryl Shane. Web: www.sherylshanelaw.com.
