Medical and School Records
My ex has sole custody of our child however I still have visitation, pay child support etc. I know that I am allowed to have access to school and medical records. She will not provide me with the name of the doctor my child goes to. What can I do in order to obtain this information from her. Will I have to subpoena it from her in court. Also I have a feeling that she has her boyfriend listed as the father and not myself which would be providing false information. If that turns out to be the case what can I do?

I agree that you are entitled to that information. You should have an attorney assist you with this.
