Moving children out of state

I live in New york City my two daughters live in Ocean County New Jersey. There mother has sole custody I have visitation every other weekend in New York from Friday until Sunday at 6:00 pm and every Wednsday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm in New Jersey. The childrens mother is planning to move to the Norfolk, Portsmouth Virginia area in June of this year.She has already taken the following steps, house is for sale,new home already purchased in virginia and new job I've told her I will not consent can she do this anyway without my consent? I filed a motion pro-se to be heard May 9 but I'am really concerned
