how can someone get the power of attorney

my wifes grandma is sick but one of her aunts went and got power of atty.with out the consent of the other four children .

The consent of the other four siblings may not be required. You should have a copy of the document reviewed by an attorney familiar with powers of attorney law and documents. If that's not possible, one of the clerks in the probate court

located in the area where the grandmother resides may be able to clarify whether any

signatures of the other four siblings are required.
