Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I requested and was granted a change of venue for the visitation portion of my case but was not aware the child support portion was listed under separate number, do I have to physically appear in court to have that portion transferred as well

You could contact the clerk's office (civil division) of the court involved to determine whether you need to appear

but I suspect the answer will likely be, yes, you do (probably need to appear).
