Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I need to know if you are required to deliver a child and pick her up from their non-custodial parent? My daughters "baby's father" has a suspended license due to tickets and non-payment of fines. A protective order is in effect between my daughter and this man due to him running her off the road. My grandchild is 2 and I have to make all arrangements and meetings due to the NO CONTACT protective order. Can you please help me this is causing so much hate and discontent and I don't feel I have to do all this driving especially when he is rude, disrespectful and biligerent to me. Cancels all the time etc... Can you please tell me.. We live in Virginia and the mother has sole custody. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

No, not unless you've been ordered by the court having jurisdiction in the

custody matter to do so (which I find most unlikely).
