Is it legal anywhere in the U.S. to sell your organs?How about selling your blood plasma?Am trying to raise funds to obtain an attorney for a custody hearing.Obviously desperate at this point, please respond...

No, selling one's organs is illegal everywhere in the United States. Blood plasma can be legally sold.

Selling organs is not legal (though by all means consider donation). The sale of blood plasma is however, as well as the sale of eggs, sperm, and hair.
