Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

we are about to be separated but my wife has always supported me now she issued a card for me for specific ammount does it me when we get divorced that is the amount she is going to be responsible for. i have never worked exploring other options just want to know

You claim that your wife has "issued a card" for you, now that you've

apparently separated from her, presumably to cover your

living expenses since you claim never to have worked and allegedly

have always been supported by her.

If I have understood correctly the question which you've most

inartfully asked, the answer must be, no, i.e., whatever the amount is on this "card', as you term it, is very unlikely to equal any amount of alimony or spousal court which a divorce court might award you---if anything at all.
